一享和二戌年八月熱塩村尓【示誤ヵ】現寺後住出入
　一件入組へ糺ニ候処出精取極且五職取立方
　并囲米等之義ニ付勤労いたし候ニ付為御褒美
　銀五両被下置候事
一文化元子年十二月佐瀬勇八三男勇三
　郎養子ニ仕度旨被任願候事
一同二丑年十二月町方品々之取計心を尽し
　且調達金等之義出精御用并ニ相成臨時之
　勤労いたし候ニ付為御褒美金壱両被下置候事
一同三寅年二月交易方役人折々出役等有之

　差支候ニ付右役人補勤被　仰付候間立入
　立合之心得ニ而相勤候様被　仰付候事
一同三寅年八月町役所吟味役被　仰付
　金銭受払役人并寺社方下役兼務被　仰付
　重き儀ニ候へ共独礼ニ被　仰付候事

現代語訳

一、享和二年戌年八月、熱塩村における現寺後住出入一件が入り組んで糺すところ、精励して取り極め、かつ五職取り立て方ならびに囲米等の義につき勤労いたし候につき、御褒美として銀五両を下し置かれ候事

一、文化元年子年十二月、佐瀬勇八三男勇三郎を養子にいたしたき旨、願いの通り任せられ候事

一、同二年丑年十二月、町方品々の取り計らいに心を尽くし、かつ調達金等の義を精励して御用ならびに相成り、臨時の勤労をいたし候につき、御褒美として金一両を下し置かれ候事

一、同三年寅年二月、交易方役人が折々出役等これあり差し支え候につき、右役人の補勤を仰せ付けられ候間、立ち入り立ち合いの心得にて相勤め候よう仰せ付けられ候事

一、同三年寅年八月、町役所吟味役を仰せ付けられ、金銭受払役人ならびに寺社方下役兼務を仰せ付けられ、重き義に候えども独礼に仰せ付けられ候事

一、同四年卯年十二月、病気につき願いの通り御役義を御免成され、御家老附寄合組を仰せ付けられ候事

一、同五年辰年正月、御省略方勤を仰せ付けられ候事

一、同六年巳年九月、両御蔵入御取箇調役人ならびに御勘定吟味加勤を仰せ付けられ候事

英語訳

First: Kyōwa 2nd year, year of the dog [1802], 8th month - regarding the complex dispute case involving the successor abbot of Genshoji Temple in Atashio Village, he diligently resolved the matter and worked hard on establishing the five occupations and matters concerning reserved rice, so he was granted 5 ryō of silver as reward

First: Bunka 1st year, year of the rat [1804], 12th month - his request to adopt Yūzaburō, the third son of Sase Yūhachi, as his heir was granted

First: Same 2nd year, year of the ox [1805], 12th month - for dedicating himself to various administrative matters in the town district and working diligently on procurement funds and other duties including temporary services, he was granted 1 ryō of gold as reward

First: Same 3rd year, year of the tiger [1806], 2nd month - since the trade department officials occasionally had absences that caused disruptions, he was appointed as assistant to these officials and ordered to serve with the understanding of being actively involved and present

First: Same 3rd year, year of the tiger [1806], 8th month - appointed as investigation officer at the town office and to concurrent positions as financial clerk and subordinate in temples and shrines department; although these were weighty responsibilities, he was granted the privilege of individual audience with the lord

First: Same 4th year, year of the rabbit [1807], 12th month - due to illness, his official duties were dismissed as requested, and he was appointed to the advisory group attached to the senior councilor

First: Same 5th year, year of the dragon [1808], 1st month - appointed to serve in the cost reduction department
