鑿懸り出精相勤候ニ付為御褒美金弐百疋被下置候事

一同十二亥年九月追鳥狩ニ罷出候
但此後壱度罷出候事
一同年十一月当追鳥狩之節列伍足並等格
別相揃隊々聯属いたし運用無滞段兼而
合隊稽古をも出精致候義と被思召之旨【被脱ヵ】仰出候
但此後も御称美被成下候事
一文政元寅年二月三之丸教場足並致

現代語訳
一、同八年未年四月、両御納戸金紛失一件の御穿鑿にかかり精励して相勤め候につき、御褒美として金二百疋を下し置かれ候事
一、同十年酉年五月、御蔵入役所が廃止されることにつき御家老附寄合組を仰せ付けられ、これまで精励して相勤め候につき、御褒美として金二百疋を下し置かれ候事
一、同十二年亥年九月、追鳥狩に出向き候
但しこの後一度出向き候事
一、同年十一月、当追鳥狩の節、列伍足並等が格別に相揃い隊々が連属いたし運用滞りなき段、兼ねて合隊稽古をも精励いたし候義と思し召しの旨仰せ出され候
但しこの後も御称美を成し下され候事
一、文政元年寅年二月、三之丸教場の足並を精励いたし候につき御酒を下され候事
一、同年八月、五左衛門と改名いたしたき旨、願いの通り任せられ候事
英語訳
First: Same 8th year, year of the sheep [1811], 4th month - for his diligent service in the investigation of the case involving the loss of money from both御納戸 (lord's personal treasury), he was granted 200 mon of gold as reward
First: Same 10th year, year of the rooster [1813], 5th month - as the domain granary office was being transferred/abolished, he was appointed to the advisory group attached to the senior councilor, and for his diligent service up to that point, he was granted 200 mon of gold as reward

First: Same year, 11th month - during the current bird hunting expedition, the formation and marching were exceptionally well-coordinated, the units moved in perfect coordination with smooth operations, and it was proclaimed that his diligent practice in joint military drills was recognized by his lordship
