御大慶被 思召右之趣申聞候様
御意之趣御紙面を以御用人被申

一同七寅年三月 御召形出精相
勤候に付綿弐把被下置候事
一同年九月御馬義御用に付三春へ
罷越同十月御用相済罷帰候事
一同八卯年正月服部惣助上ヶ屋
敷被下置候事
一同年三月諏訪伝五右衛門弟源
八養子に仕度旨被任願候事
一同年五月御留主為勤番江戸表江
罷登同十月罷下候事
一安永三午年三月御召形精出相

現代語訳
御大慶に思し召され、右の趣旨を申し聞かせるよう、御意の趣旨を御紙面をもって御用人が申し聞かせた件
一、明和七年寅年三月 御召形（御用の着物）の製作に精を出して勤めたことにより、綿二把を下賜された件
一、同年九月 御馬の件で御用により三春へ赴き、同年十月に御用を済ませて帰参した件
一、明和八年卯年正月 服部惣助の上屋敷を下賜された件
一、同年三月 諏訪伝五右衛門の弟源八を養子にしたい旨を願い出て、許可された件
一、同年五月 御留守の間の勤番として江戸表へ上り、同年十月に下向した件
一、安永三年午年三月 御召形の製作に精を出して勤めたことにより、綿二把を下賜された件
一、安永四年未年三月二十六日 五十四歳にて病死。法名は寄応良英居士。葬所は正覚山成願寺

His lord was greatly pleased and had the chief retainer convey this sentiment in writing, instructing that these matters be communicated to him.
1. Meiwa 7, Year of the Tiger, 3rd month (March 1770): For his diligent work in producing formal garments (on-meshigata), he was granted two bundles of cotton.
1. Same year, 9th month (September 1770): He went to Miharu on official business regarding horses and returned after completing his duties in the 10th month of the same year.
1. Meiwa 8, Year of the Rabbit, 1st month (January 1771): He was granted Hattori Sosuke's upper residence.
1. Same year, 3rd month (March 1771): He petitioned to adopt Genpa, the younger brother of Suwa Dengozaemon, as his son, and this was approved.
1. Same year, 5th month (May 1771): He went up to Edo for guard duty service during his lord's absence and returned in the 10th month.
1. An'ei 3, Year of the Horse, 3rd month (March 1774): For his diligent work in producing formal garments, he was granted two bundles of cotton.
1. An'ei 4, Year of the Sheep, 3rd month 26th day (April 1775): He died of illness at age 54. His posthumous Buddhist name was Kiō Ryōei Koji. He was buried at Shōgaku-san Jōgan-ji Temple.
