御先番にて罷り登り、翌亥年四月、

疱瘡を患い、髪毛が抜け、相勤め難くなった
につき、願いの上、会津へ罷り下った事。
一、同六丑年四月、願いの通り、半元服を
仰せ付けられた事。

節、御〔勤〕番にて罷り登り、翌卯年四月、
御下向の節、御〔勤〕番にて罷り下った事。

英語訳
He traveled up [to Edo] as part of the advance guard; and in the 4th month of the following Year of the Boar, on the occasion of the lord's return to the domain, he traveled back [to Aizu] as part of the advance guard.
One entry: In the 4th month of the 5th year [of Hōei], the Year of the Rat, on the occasion of the lord's sankin-kōtai journey, he traveled up [to Edo] as part of the advance guard; however, in the 1st month of the following Year of the Ox, he fell ill with smallpox, lost his hair, and found it difficult to continue his duties; therefore, upon his petition, he was permitted to return to Aizu.
One entry: In the 4th month of the 6th year [of Hōei], the Year of the Ox, in accordance with his petition, he was granted a half-genpuku ceremony as ordered.
One entry: In the 4th month of the 7th year [of Hōei], the Year of the Tiger, on the occasion of the lord's sankin-kōtai journey, he traveled up [to Edo] while on duty [as a guard]; and in the 4th month of the following Year of the Rabbit, on the occasion of the lord's return to the domain, he traveled back [to Aizu] while on duty.
One entry: In the 4th month of Shōtoku 2, the Year of the Dragon, on the occasion of the lord's sankin-kōtai journey, he served in attendance and traveled up [to Edo].
