巻身分不勤事而已多けれは心得違ひ之
義も数多あるへきなれは追々覚悟の
仁体へ相調へ重ねて可清書併人
のためにあらすして自分覚悟の勤
帳なれは其次第甚以麤忘也

現代語訳
【右丁】
巻は自分が不慣れなことばかり多いので、心得違いの点も数多くあるであろうから、追々理解のある人の体裁に合わせて、重ねて清書すべきである。併せて人のためではなく、自分の覚悟のための勤務帳であるから、その次第は甚だ粗忽である。
もし見る人があれば、筆の拙さを笑いものにしようとすることを恥じるのみである。

Moreover, since this is not for others but rather a duty record for my own preparation, its contents are extremely rough and careless.
If there should be anyone who reads this, I am only ashamed that they might seek to ridicule my poor writing.
