一女中サンエ不苦 一女中腹不苦但し出テ乗也
一競馬初乗事故淡路守ト申仁故飛騨守ヲタヽ一人◦（被）乗セ
末代ノタメニ如此ノ由也此時ハ米百文ニ五升ノ由也
一同一番左ニ主殿子と民部大輔二ト申仁山科ニ奉公
セラレ候テ呼寄此足ニ而被乗由也袖料も三貫文
入ノ由也又是ハ左ニ乗テナキニ付テ如此兄モ被乗

一競馬サス事一座下テ左ヲサシ一座上テ右ニサス由也度々
先例共有之
一競馬之時ハ所司目代ヲ近衛使ト申由天正十六
年十月九日ニ委被仰候而則自筆ヲ以年号
月附ニ慥ニ候也自是前ハ御披見候而字悪キ
又アテ字ナトハ御筆ヲ被加候而御ナヲシ候也

現代語訳
一、一番に相役《故左京亮氏保、故但馬守・備後守季親の父である。同上》
一、女性の子は差し支えない 一、女性の腹（から生まれた子）は差し支えないが、出て乗る。
一、競馬の初乗りのこと。故淡路守と申す人と故飛騨守を、ただ一人乗せた。末代のためにこのようにしたということである。この時は米百文に五升だったということである。
一、同じく一番左に主殿子と民部大輔二と申す人が山科に奉公されていて、呼び寄せてこの足（騎手）として乗せたということである。袖料も三貫文を入れたということである。また、これは左に乗る者がいないために、このように兄も乗せたということである。天正六年卯月二十二日にも承ったということである。
一、競馬を差し向けることは、一座下がって左を差し、一座上がって右に差すということである。度々先例がある。
一、競馬の時は所司が目代を近衛使と申すということ。天正十六年十月九日に詳しく仰せられて、すぐに自筆をもって年号・月日を確かに記した。これ以前は御披見されて字が悪いか、また宛て字などは御筆を加えられて御直しされていた。別紙にあって詳しく見えている。
