代官中所司初乗三人催奉行中右馬所ゟ

乗尻拾九人拾九疋之馬所候ハ代官中ゟ被届
一元禄二己巳年五月朔日
宮川馬兼益ゟ出乗尻ハ兼斉乗馬之処
一足も不駆引上ケ候ニ付十番也大ニサカリニ付左之
馬替ル故右ノ【馬脱ヵ】被替也

朔日馬口切レ候ニ付馬替へ被出替乍定替り也
一故障貞享元甲子年五月五日
所司代稲葉丹後守殿於江戸七才末満之
息女死去二付内々社中へ被尋処不苦之由

現代語訳
代官中、所司、初乗三人、催し奉行中、右馬所より届けこれ有り。
乗尻十九人、十九匹の馬所候えば、代官中より届けられる。
一、元禄二己巳年五月朔日
宮川馬、兼益より出す。乗尻は兼斉乗馬のところ、一足も駆けず引き上げ候につき、十番なり。大いに盛りにつき、左の馬替わる故、右の【馬脱か】替えられるなり。
一、貞享二乙丑年五月朔日
馬の口切れ候につき、馬替え出され、替え定まりながら替わりなり。
一、故障、貞享元甲子年五月五日
所司代稲葉丹後守殿、江戸において七歳未満の息女死去につき、内々社中へ尋ねられるところ、差し支えなしの由、御返事故、人馬ともに遣わされる。
一、階下遅参につき、社中より階下招かれ申し入れ候えば、安永二癸巳年五月七日、三河介貫顕、兵庫頭地久、已後遅参なきよう、交代の時節、急度申し送るべき旨、月番六役中立ち会い申し入れ候なり。
一、安永四乙未年五月二日夜
二番衆乗尻のうち俄かに名代立ち引き退き、追って故障にて六人代わり、社参初乗へ申し入れられ参籠なり。
英語訳
The deputies, superintendent, and three first riders urged the magistrates, and notification was received from the right horse office.
When there are nineteen jockeys and nineteen horse handlers, notification is made by the deputies.
1. First day of the fifth month, Genroku 2, year of the earth snake (1689)
The Miyagawa horse was provided by Kaneki. The jockey Kanzai was to ride, but the horse would not run even a step and was withdrawn. As it was the tenth match and the excitement was great, the left horse was replaced, so the right [horse] was also replaced.

Due to the horse's mouth being cut, a replacement horse was provided. Though a replacement was arranged, it was indeed replaced.

Shoshidai Inaba Tango-no-kami's daughter under seven years old died in Edo. When he privately inquired of the shrine, they replied that there was no impediment, so both people and horses were dispatched.
1. Regarding tardiness to the ceremonial ground, when summoned by the shrine to the ceremonial ground and petitioned: on the seventh day of the fifth month, Anei 2, year of the water snake (1773), Mikawa-no-suke Tsuranori and Hyogo-no-kami Chihisa were told that to prevent future tardiness, at the time of succession, urgent notification must be sent. This petition was made with the monthly duty six officials present.

Among the second group jockeys, suddenly a substitute was appointed and withdrew. Subsequently, due to illness, six people were replaced, and application was made to the shrine visit first riders for ritual seclusion.
