1. Through a young official to the Shoshi-dayū, regarding Sanban-shū Kizon's illness and the Enpō succession, a notification was submitted. At the horse racing meet, jockey Hōki Tokihisa fell from his horse and died on the sixth day. According to ancient custom, fifteen years' stipend was granted《marginal note: On the first of the fifth month of the same year, Tajima-no-kami Ritsunori fell from his horse and died on the third day. The fifth day was for the left|jockey of the match. For Tomonao's substitute rider, both received fifteen years of residential duty. This was granted after unanimous consultation of all elders and youth》
