英語訳
(Interlinear note: "It is said — perhaps [this refers to] chanting of devotional verses [san]?")
The other attending monks (kusu) put on [straw sandals] and form two lines, chanting devotional verses (san) as they walk upon the rush matting (komo).
Then, after the relocation ceremony is completed, the officiant (dōshi) — that is, the senza-shi (relocation priest) — ascends the礼盤 (reibon, a raised ceremonial platform) and performs the Fugen-ku (Samantabhadra offering ritual).
During this time, the remaining shrine monks (shasō) perform the four-part ritual service of shichi (chanting), sange (flower-scattering), bon'on (Brahma-tone chanting), and shakujō (staff-ringing), belonging to the Shichi no Hōji (Four Wisdoms ritual). After that, they recite the senbō (final concluding liturgy), and upon its completion, all disperse.
It is decided that from this day onward for four days, the Fugen-ku shall be performed.
For the offerings on this occasion, the lamp-oil fees, the Buddha-offering fees for when the Kanzeon (Avalokiteśvara) of the Jingūji (Shrine Temple) is also relocated, and the fees for today's [damaged character] — in total, three koku of rice (hachiki) is granted by the public authorities (kōgi). Likewise, the six panels of white cloth curtaining are received from the public authorities as the office-acting fee (shigyō-dai).
Inside the large outer zushi (miniature shrine cabinet) housing this Fugen Bodhisattva, there is yet another smaller zushi.
Within that smaller zushi resides the Fugen [Bodhisattva], an image measuring one shaku eight sun (approximately 54 cm). Outside this small zushi, within the large zushi, there are said to be ten statues of the Jūrari (Ten Tathāgatas) and one statue of the Eleven-Faced Kannon (Jūichimen Kannon). The Kannon is said to be the work of Tenjin (the deified Sugawara no Michizane, or possibly the deity of the shrine). The venerable form of the Kanzeon is said to astonish the eyes of all who behold it.

《Regarding the Ridge-Plank Inscription of the Main Hall of the Kyōsho (Scripture Hall)》[Written in red]
Item: On the 25th day of the 9th month, when the main hall of the Kyōsho was demolished, an inscription was found on the ridge post (munabashira).
[The inscription reads:] "In the second year of Tenbun (癸巳, 1533), on the sixth day of the first month of summer (Mōka/early summer), the roofing (uwabuki) was carried out. Overseer (bugyō): Kunaikyō Zemmi." [Two vertical red lines to the left of "Tenbun"; the name Kunaikyō Zemmi is struck through with a vertical red line.]
Carpenter at the time: Fujiwara Sadayoshi [Name struck through with a vertical red line.]
I (the author) note: Before the entry for "Tenbun," there appears to have been one more line of inscription, but it has faded and is no longer legible. [Two vertical red lines to the left of "Tenbun."]
Item: On the same day, three boxes were brought out from the Kyōsho, and there were written notes [found with them]. [Entry ends here / continued.]
