経、弁慶、鬼将軍の武勇である。口を開けば則ち曰く「吾は是れ神孫たり。唯だ鬼を挫き蛇を斬ることを知るのみ。他事を知らず。吾は神国の人たり。何を敢えて胯下の辱しめを受けんや哉。何を敢えて唐人の為すことを学ばんや哉。忠孝の為には水火を避けず。若し過まつ所有らば、則ち自ら白刃に伏すのみ」と。豈に愉快ならずや哉。豈に愉快ならずや哉。書肆菊幸新たに頼光朝臣紀事を刻し、題言を余に求む。余曰く「恥を重んじ死を軽んずるの子弟をして...（以下続く）」
