一 明和元年申年八月、頭の日向源右衛門が隠居したため、跡役として三宅孫兵衛組へ移ることとなった。
一 同二年酉年二月、弟の新之丞を養子にしたい旨を願い出て許可された。
一 同年三月、願いの通り息子の新之丞が御番代を仰せ付けられた。
一 同五年子年正月十五日、五十三歳にて病死。法名は心了院■【尭か】海、葬所は同上。

一 In the 2nd month of the 2nd year, Year of the Rooster, his request to adopt his younger brother Shinnosuke was approved.
一 In the 3rd month of the same year, as requested, his son Shinnosuke was appointed as guard duty substitute.
一 On the 15th day of the 1st month of the 5th year, Year of the Rat, he died of illness at age 53. His posthumous Buddhist name was Shinryōin ■【possibly Gyō】kai, buried in the same location as above.
