現代語訳
一 元禄四年未年（月詳細不明）剃髪を仰せ付けられ、名を松意と改めた。
一 同年（月詳細不明）御側医を仰せ付けられた。
一 同七年戌年二月、願いの通り上方へ養生のため上ることになり、御切符は召し上げられたが、御扶持方はこれまで通り下し置かれた。
ただし、帰参した年月は詳細不明である。
一 同九年子年三月、元の通り二十五石五人扶持を下し置かれた。
一 同月、親の意慶の家督を弟の儀左衛門に仰せ付けて下し置かれたい旨を願い出て、許可された。
一 同十一年寅年二月、江戸常詰に仰せ付けられた。
一 同十二年卯年五月、御君辺並びに奥向きの儀を他に漏らした件が聞こし召され、不届き千万に思し召され、厳しく仰せ付けられるべきところであるが、御用捨をもって会津へ差し下されることになり、早々に帰参して逼塞すべき旨が仰せ出された。

一 In the 2nd month of Genroku 11, Year of the Tiger, he was appointed to permanent duty in Edo.
一 In the 5th month of Genroku 12, Year of the Rabbit, it came to the lord's attention that he had leaked matters concerning the lord's personal affairs and the women's quarters to others. This was considered extremely improper, and although he should have been severely punished, by the lord's mercy he was sent back to Aizu and ordered to return immediately and remain in house confinement.
