郷原合隊稽古之仕法当春被相改

現代語訳
その行いが立派であると思し召された旨で、同組一同がお褒めいただいた。
ただし、この後も毎度お褒めいただいた。
一 文化五年（辰年）正月、蝦夷地御固めの御用として出向することになったため、お目見えを仰せ付けられ、御流れを頂戴した。
一 同年九月、蝦夷地御固めの御用として出向したところ、海陸の往来をはじめ、現地で数日間勤労に従事した。この度の御用を滞りなく勤め上げて帰陣したため、城内でお料理を下し置かれた。
一 同六年（巳年）八月、蝦夷地御固めの御用で勤労したため、お時服一着を下し置かれた。
一 同九年（申年）十二月、三の丸教場並びに本郷原での合隊稽古の仕法が当春改められ、その手始めのところ、列伍や足並みなどがよく揃っていることは精進した結果であると思し召された旨で、同組一同がお褒めいただいた。
一 文化七年（午年）六月、願いの通り息子の斎を御番代に仰せ付けられた。

Note: He continued to receive such commendations thereafter.
1. In the 1st month of Bunka 5 (1808), as he was to be dispatched for defense duties in Ezo (Hokkaido), he was granted an audience and received a ceremonial sake cup from the lord.
1. In the 9th month of the same year, when dispatched for Ezo defense duties, he engaged in sea and land transportation and worked diligently for several days at that location. Having completed his duties without incident and returned from the campaign, he was granted a meal at the castle.
1. In the 8th month of the 6th year (1809), for his service in Ezo defense duties, he was granted one ceremonial court dress.
1. In the 12th month of the 9th year (1812), the training methods for combined unit exercises at the Sannomaru training ground and Hongōhara were reformed that spring. At the beginning of this reform, his excellent formation and marching coordination was recognized as the result of his diligent effort, and his entire unit was commended by His Lordship.
1. In the 6th month of Bunka 7 (1810), as requested, his son Sai was appointed as a guard substitute.
