勤めたことにより、麻の御上下を下し置かれ候事
一 同三午年四月 勤番のため罷り登り、同十月罷り下り候事
一 同年十月 当御役三陣に精を出して宜しく勤めたことにより
御小袖を下し置かれ候事
一 同五申年十一月 山奉行を仰せ付けられ、御役料
五十石を今まで通り下し置かれ候事
