一 天明元丑年閏五月親願之通初而之
御目見被 仰付候事
一 寛政七卯年六月親願之通御番代被
仰付簗瀬求馬組ニ而 御城御番相勤候事
一 同年九月追鳥狩之節罷出獲拝領仕候
但此後六度罷出獲四度拝領仕候事
一 同年十二月当追鳥狩之節列伍之次第
足並進退等無滞兼而内習をも出精仕候義と
被 思召候旨相組一同御称詞被成下候
但此後追鳥狩之節罷出毎度御称美被
成下候事
一 同十午年七月去ル卯年ゟ去年中迄槍
術稽古引通精出九分以上業致候段奇特ニ被
思召之旨被 仰出候事
一 同十一未年三月頭簗瀬求馬御役替ニ付
跡御役一瀬監物組ニ罷成候事
一 同十二申年八月跡式御知行百石無御相違
被下置之旨被 仰出候事
一 文化二丑年三月 御城御番無懈怠相勤
候段被 仰出候事
現代語訳
一 天明元丑年閏五月 父の願いの通り初めて
御目見えを仰せ付けられ候事
一 寛政七卯年六月 父の願いの通り御番代を
仰せ付けられ簗瀬求馬組にて御城御番を相勤め候事
一 同年九月 追鳥狩の節に罷出て獲物を拝領仕り候
但しこの後六度罷出て獲物四度拝領仕り候事
一 同年十二月 当追鳥狩の節、列伍の次第、
足並み進退等滞りなく、兼ねてより内習をも精出し仕る義と
思し召され候旨、相組一同御称詞を成し下され候
但しこの後追鳥狩の節に罷出る毎度御称美を
成し下され候事
一 同十午年七月 去る卯年より去年中まで槍
術稽古引き通し精出し九分以上の業を致し候段、奇特に
思し召され候旨仰せ出され候事
一 同十一未年三月 頭の簗瀬求馬が御役替えにつき
跡の御役一瀬監物組に罷成り候事
一 同十二申年八月 跡式の御知行百石相違なく
下し置かれ候旨仰せ出され候事
一 文化二丑年三月 御城御番を怠りなく相勤め
候段仰せ出され候事

One 5th intercalary month of the 1st year of Tenmei (1781), Year of the Ox As requested by his father, was granted his first audience with the lord
One 6th month of the 7th year of Kansei (1795), Year of the Rabbit As requested by his father, was appointed as guard substitute and served castle guard duty in Yanase Guma's unit
One 9th month of the same year Participated in the seasonal bird hunting and received game as reward
However, thereafter participated six times and received game rewards four times
One 12th month of the same year During the current bird hunting, his formation order, marching pace, advances and retreats were without fault, and his diligent private practice was recognized, receiving commendation along with his entire unit
However, thereafter every time he participated in bird hunting, he received praise

One 7th month of the 10th year of Kansei (1798), Year of the Horse From the previous Rabbit year through last year, he continuously practiced spear techniques with dedication, achieving skills of nine-tenths or above proficiency, which was deemed remarkable and officially commended
One 3rd month of the 11th year of Kansei (1799), Year of the Sheep Due to the reassignment of his superior Yanase Guma, was transferred to the successor unit under Ichinose Kenmotsu
One 8th month of the 12th year of Kansei (1800), Year of the Monkey Was officially granted the inherited stipend of 100 koku without any changes
One 3rd month of the 2nd year of Bunka (1805), Year of the Ox Was officially commended for serving castle guard duty without negligence
