  一 同九申年九月武芸之内極之業在之    候ニ付小普請御料御免被成出勤被 仰付    御城御番相勤候事  一 同十酉年十一月出奔致候事 五代  勘三郎隆助    母同上    妻三橋祐四郎根接女《割書:享和三亥年誕生|》  一 文化十一戌年正月柔術業精出致上達候    段奇特ニ被 思召之旨被 仰出為御賞美綿    壱把被下置候事  一 同年三月親願之通御番代被 仰付嫡子    御目見之義ハ御下向後 御序之節可被    仰付旨被 仰出一瀬監物組ニ而 御城御番    相勤候事    同十二月亥年九月追鳥狩之節罷出獲拝    領仕候     但此後二度罷出候事  一 同年十一月当追鳥狩之節列伍足並等    各別宜相揃隊之聯属致運用無滞段

一 同九申年九月 武芸のうち極めの業これ有り    候につき小普請御料御免を成され出勤を仰せ付けられ    御城御番相勤め候事 一 同十酉年十一月 出奔致し候事 五代  勘三郎隆助    母同上    妻は三橋祐四郎根接の女《割書:享和三亥年誕生|》 一 文化十一戌年正月 柔術の業精出致し上達候    段奇特に思し召しの旨仰せ出され、御賞美として綿    一把を下し置かれ候事 一 同年三月 親の願いの通り御番代を仰せ付けられ、嫡子    御目見の義は御下向後、御序の節に    仰せ付けらるべき旨仰せ出され、一瀬監物組にて御城御番を    相勤め候事    同十二月亥年九月 追鳥狩の節に罷り出で獲物を拝    領仕り候     但しこの後二度罷り出で候事 一 同年十一月 当追鳥狩の節、列伍足並み等    各別宜しく相揃い隊の聯属を致し運用滞りなき段
