一 延宝二寅年六月猪苗代 御社備
御蔵諸道具堀善左衛門一同御預被成
候旨御横目大沼市左衛門立合相改受
取置御祭御祥忌之節差引仕其外請

現代語訳
御役が御免となり、後任の御役として日向半之丞組に
所属することになった。
一 延宝二年寅年六月、猪苗代の御社備え、
御蔵の諸道具を堀善左衛門と一同で御預かりを命じられた
旨、御横目大沼市左衛門立会いのもと相改めて受け
取り置き、御祭や御祥忌の節には差し引きを行い、その他の請け
払いを申し付けられた。
一 同四年辰年三月、猪苗代御普請奉行を
申し付けられた。
一 同八年申年九月、願いの通り御役を御免になり
日向半之丞組にて御城の御番を勤める
ことになった。
一 天和元年酉年四月、頭の日向半之丞の御役が
御免となり、後任の御役として一瀬伝兵衛組に所属することになった。
一 同三年亥年五月、頭の一瀬伝兵衛の御役替え
により、後任の御役として樋口七郎右衛門組に所属することになった。
一 貞享二年丑年二月、頭の樋口七郎右衛門が病
死したため、後任の御役として日向三郎右衛門組に所属する
ことになった。
一 同年九月、御社の御蔵の御道具を役人方へ

一 In the 6th month of Enpō 2, year of the Tiger, he was entrusted together with
Hori Zensaemon with the shrine preparations and various tools of the storehouse at Inawashiro.
Under the supervision of inspector Ōnuma Ichizaemon, he received and
kept custody of these items, handled transactions during festivals and memorial services,
and was appointed to manage other receipts and payments.
一 In the 3rd month of the 4th year, year of the Dragon, he was
appointed as Inawashiro construction magistrate.
一 In the 9th month of the 8th year, year of the Monkey, as requested, he was relieved of his duties
and served castle guard duty in Hyūga Han'nosuke's unit.
一 In the 4th month of Tenna 1, year of the Cock, the head Hyūga Han'nosuke was
relieved of his duties, and he was transferred to Ichinose Denbei's unit as the successor.
一 In the 5th month of the 3rd year, year of the Boar, due to the head Ichinose Denbei's transfer,
he was transferred to Higuchi Shichirōuemon's unit as the successor.
一 In the 2nd month of Jōkyō 2, year of the Ox, the head Higuchi Shichirōuemon died of illness,
and he was transferred to Hyūga Saburōuemon's unit
as the successor.
一 In the 9th month of the same year, the tools of the shrine storehouse were transferred to the officials
