現代語訳
一 同日 上記と同じく、清姫様から使者を通じて御帷子二着（染立一着・白一着）、御単一着（繻珍）、御袷二着（熨斗目一着・綸子縦染紅裏一着）が献上された。昌親様からも二種一荷が献上された。
一 八月二十一日 若狭守（直明）様へ、御父但馬守（直良）様の遺領（大野郡大野五万石）を相違なく仰せ出された。
一 九月七日 重陽の祝儀のため、使者を通じて例の通り御小袖を献上した。
一 同月十五日 甲府宰相（綱重）様が逝去されたため、公方様の御機嫌を伺うため登城した。
ただし、上記と同じく翌十六日も登城した。
一 同月十八日 精進揚げのため、使者を通じて例の通り御肴を献上した。
一 十月二十三日 重陽の祝儀献上に対する御内書を御城において賜り、御家来への拝領物等は例の通りであった。
一 同月二十八日 浄光院の入院のため登城し、公方様への御目見を仰せ付けられた。
一 十二月三日 上使石尾七兵衛殿を通じて御鷹の鶴を拝領した。七兵衛殿がこの御屋形へお越しの際、御玄関において御番頭両人が鶴を受け取り御書院へ持参した。その際、御玄関の縁端まで御出迎え・御会釈があり、御案内にて七兵衛殿を御書院へお通しした。

One: December 3rd A crane from the Shogun's falconry was received through the imperial envoy Ishio Shichibē. When Shichibē came to this residence, two guard captains received the crane at the entrance and brought it to the reception hall. At that time, [the lord] came out to greet him at the edge of the entrance veranda and exchanged courtesies, then guided Shichibē to the reception hall.
