一 同日 登城した（昨十八日に老中久世大和守殿から切紙が来た）。病後の御礼を申し上げ、干鯛一箱を献上して退出の際、その御礼のため老中並びに酒井河内守忠挙殿へ廻勤した
一 四月十日 上使大関勘右衛門殿を通じて、例の通り御鷹の鷭五羽を拝領した
一 同月十五日（六時過ぎ） 上使老中稲葉美濃守正則殿を通じて国許への暇を仰せ出され、例の通り白銀と御袷を拝領した
一 同日（五時過ぎ） 右の件につき登城して暇の御礼を申し上げた。先代の通り御鷹二羽、御馬一頭を拝領し、お連れした家来稲葉采女治房に御目見を仰せ付けられ、退座後に御袷四着、御羽織一着の拝領を仰せ付けられた。これが済んで退出の際、その御礼のため老中・若年寄中並びに酒井河内守忠挙殿へ廻勤した
一 同日 使者を通じて例の通り国産の初鯖を献上した

- Same day: Attended the castle (a kirimi note came from Senior Councilor Kuze Yamato-no-kami yesterday on the 18th). Expressed gratitude for recovery from illness and presented one box of dried sea bream. Upon departure, made courtesy calls to the Senior Councilors and Sakai Kawachi-no-kami Tadaaki for thanks.
- April 10th: Through envoy Ozeki Kan'emon, received five hawks (bans) as usual.
- April 15th (past 6 o'clock): Through envoy Senior Councilor Inaba Mino-no-kami Masanori, was granted leave to return to the domain, and received white silver and a lined garment as usual.
- Same day (past 5 o'clock): Regarding the above matter, attended the castle to express gratitude for the leave. As in the previous generation's precedent, received two hawks and one horse. The retainer brought along, Inaba Uneme Harufusa, was granted an audience, and after retiring was granted four lined garments and one haori jacket. After this was completed and upon departure, made courtesy calls to the Senior Councilors, Junior Councilors, and Sakai Kawachi-no-kami Tadaaki for thanks.
- Same day: Through a messenger, presented the first mackerel of the domain's produce as usual.
- Same day: The granted horse was brought by a messenger from Senior Councilor Okubo Kaga-no-kami Tadatomo.
Note: The hawks were delivered after being taken from their roosts.

Since Masachika-sama was granted leave to return to the domain, messenger Saito Minbu Sadayuki was dispatched to the Senior Councilors, Junior Councilors, and Sakai Kawachi-no-kami Tadaaki to express thanks.
