一 同月（日は詳細不明） 渡辺大隅守綱貞殿から申し越しがあったため、酒井孫四郎元宣・荒川善右衛門□武が出向いたところ、御拝領の御鷹場である上総国長南領において鹿が多く出没し作毛を荒らしているため、一村につき鉄砲一挺ずつ拝借したい旨を百姓共が御老中まで願い出た。この願書を御老中稲葉美濃守正則殿から大隅守殿へ渡され、御国許へ回すよう御達しがあった旨を申し聞かせ、孫四郎へ右の願書が渡された
一 同月二十九日 右同様に長南領百姓共の願書が御国許へ回ってきたため、御評議の上、鉄砲の御貸し渡しとなり、御徒一人・御持筒組七人を添えて上総国御鷹場へ派遣することになった。現地において横山弥兵衛並びに御徒の者の指図に従い、鹿を打つよう取り計らう旨を、横目中へ御家老狛杢貞澄が申し渡した

Note: The date of arrival in Edo for the aforementioned messenger is unknown; a reply letter was handed over on the 23rd of the same month.
- June 16th: Due to the summer heat, messenger Egawa Asanosuke was dispatched to Edo to inquire about [the shogun's] well-being, presenting one type of ceremonial fish. Asanosuke departed from Fukui today.
Note: The date of Asanosuke's arrival in Edo is unknown; a reply letter was handed over on the 26th of the same month.
- June 19th: Due to the summer heat, through a formal letter, presented the customary local products of somen noodles and dried sea bream.
- Same month (date unknown): Due to a communication from Watanabe Ōsumi-no-kami Tsunasada-dono, Sakai Magoshirō Motonobu and Arakawa Zen'emon [?]bu appeared [before officials]. Regarding the granted hawk hunting grounds in Chōnan domain, Kazusa Province, deer were appearing in large numbers and damaging crops, so the peasants petitioned up to the rōjū (senior councilors) requesting to borrow one gun per village. This petition was passed from rōjū Inaba Mino-no-kami Masanori-dono to Ōsumi-no-kami-dono with instructions to send it to the home domain. This matter was conveyed and the petition was handed over to Magoshirō.
- June 29th: Similarly, the petition from the peasants of Chōnan domain was sent to the home domain. After deliberation, it was decided to lend the guns, and one ashigaru foot soldier and seven gun-bearing troops were to be dispatched to the hawk hunting grounds in Kazusa Province. Instructions were given that at that location, under the direction of Yokoyama Yahei and the foot soldiers, arrangements should be made to hunt the deer. This was conveyed to the metsuke by karō Koma Moku Sadazumi.
