また、御鷹の鶴を拝領の件につき、宿次（宿継）をもって差し越します。

右の御請けの御書を御徒飛脚をもって江戸表へ差し出しました。
一、十一月三日、右と同じ件につき、御礼として御使者太田安房を江戸表へ派遣し、御肴一種を献上しました。安房は今日福井を出立しました。
但し、安房の江戸着日並びに御献上物を納めた月日は不詳です。
一、同日、瑞源寺へ御建立の高照院様の御石塔が御成就につき、御供養がありました。
一、同月十一日、評定所において月番御家老稲葉采女治房が、左の通り書付をもって諸月番へ申し渡しました。

The above acknowledgment letter was sent to Edo via ashigaru express messenger.
1. On the 3rd day of the 11th month, regarding the same matter mentioned above, the messenger Ōta Awa was dispatched to Edo to express gratitude, and one type of fish offering was presented. Awa departed from Fukui today.
Note: The date of Awa's arrival in Edo and the date when the offerings were delivered are unknown.
1. On the same day, a memorial service was held for the completed stone pagoda of Kōshōin-sama that had been erected at Zuigenji Temple.
