公儀被 仰出之通申付被指置候段御老中江御届之儀為
御頼御書を以渡辺大隅守《割書:綱|貞》殿阿部四郎五郎《割書:正|之》殿江被 仰遣之
一 同月廿九日鶴御拝領御礼御使者太田安房 御城江罷出
候処御返書御渡有之其節安房江御小袖御羽織拝領

一 同日当夏御拝領之御鷹捉飼之鳫鴨御使者長谷川
八郎右衛門《割書:勝|盛》を以被献之今日福井出立
但八郎右衛門江戸着日等不詳同月十三日御返書御渡

一 十二月三日於華蔵寺去ル朔日ゟ今日迄 高照院様七回
御忌御法事御執行有之於谷中南泉寺も右同様

一、十一月二十七日、中根長左衛門について、昨日二十六日に福井に到着したので、御公儀から仰せ出された通りに申し付けて置いた段を御老中へ御届けする件で、御依頼として御書状をもって渡辺大隅守綱貞殿、阿部四郎五郎正之殿へ仰せ遣わされた
一、同月二十九日、鶴御拝領の御礼として御使者太田安房が御城へ出仕したところ、御返書をお渡しいただき、その節に安房へ御小袖と御羽織の拝領が仰せ付けられた
一、同日、当夏に御拝領になった御鷹が捕らえ飼育した鳫・鴨を、御使者長谷川八郎右衛門勝盛をもって献上された。今日福井を出立した
ただし八郎右衛門の江戸到着日等は詳らかでない。同月十三日に御返書をお渡しいただいた
一、十二月三日、華蔵寺において去る朔日から今日まで高照院様の七回忌御法事を御執行された。谷中南泉寺においても同様に御執行された
一、同月九日、寒中につき御機嫌伺いのため江戸表へ御使者を
