一 同日右同断ニ付御使者を以被献物有之《割書：去三日｜御伺済》
但御献上之御品物不詳

上様御代替之御礼被為 請候ニ付 御登 城御刀《割書：行助代｜金六枚》
一腰御献上《割書：去月十五日｜御伺済》御礼被 仰上年始御式之通 御着座ニ而御祝

上様が本丸へ御移転されたことにつき御祝儀のため登城した（昨日九日に御老中堀田備中守正俊殿より連絡があった）
一 同日、右の件につき使者を遣わして献上物があった（去る三日に伺い済み）
ただし御献上の品物は詳細不明
一 同月二十一日
上様の御代替わりの御礼を受けられることにつき登城し、御刀（行助代、金六枚）
一腰を御献上した（去る月十五日に伺い済み）。御礼を申し上げ、年始の御式の通り御着座にて御祝いの
御相伴を仰せつけられた
一 同月二十三日、右の件につき本多孫太郎長員をはじめとする御家老・御城代へ
御書状を出された
一 同月二十八日、使者を遣わして例年通り国産の初鱈を献上した

Attended court to offer congratulations on His Lordship's move to the main castle (notification came yesterday, the 9th, from Senior Councilor Hotta Bitchū-no-kami Masatoshi)
One Same day, regarding the above matter, an envoy was sent with presentations (inquiry completed on the 3rd)
However, the details of the presented items are unclear

Attended court regarding receiving thanks for His Lordship's succession, and presented one sword (Yukisuke style, worth six pieces of gold)
(inquiry completed on the 15th of last month). Expressed gratitude, and as per New Year's ceremony protocol, was granted the honor of participating in celebratory banquet while seated
One Same month, 23rd day: Regarding the above matter, letters were sent to the chief retainers and castle governors, beginning with Honda Magotarō Nagazane
