罪科但来年二月より右之酒商買可仕其
以前には一切売へからさる者也

一、同日、口宣を受け取り官物を献上し終わった後、御礼の使者として同人（牧野主殿）を派遣し、
禁裏御所へ御太刀馬代（黄金十両）、縮緬（十巻）
本院御所へ縮緬（十巻）
女御御方へ同じく（五巻）を献上した
一、十月八日、今度幕府から申し渡された酒造の件について、以下の通り町在へ触れ出すよう、町奉行・郡奉行へ月番家老狛杢允貞澄が申し渡した
覚
諸国在々において当年寒造りの酒の原料米数量の件
去年の半分を造るべきこと。もし違背して多く造った者が
現れたなら、たとえ後日に発覚したとしても
罪科とするので、訴人として出るべし。必ず御褒美を下される
違犯した者はもちろん、その名主・五人組まで
罪科に処す。ただし来年二月からその酒の商売売買を行うこと

1. On the same day, after receiving the kūsen (imperial proclamation) and completing the presentation of official gifts, the same person (Makino Tonomo) was sent as a messenger of gratitude, presenting:
- To the Imperial Palace: sword substitute (10 ryō of gold) and silk crepe (10 rolls)
- To the Retired Emperor's Palace: silk crepe (10 rolls)
- To the Empress's quarters: the same (5 rolls)
1. On October 8th, regarding the sake brewing matter proclaimed by the shogunate this time, the monthly senior retainer Koma Mokunosuke Teizumi ordered the town magistrates and district magistrates to announce the following to the towns and countryside:

Regarding the quantity of rice for cold-season sake brewing in various provinces this year:
Half the amount of last year should be brewed. If anyone violates this and brews excessively, even if discovered later, it will be considered a crime. Informants should come forward and will surely receive rewards. Not only the violators but also their village headmen and five-household groups will be punished. However, the sale and purchase of such sake may commence from February next year. Before that time, selling is absolutely prohibited.
