村庄屋長百姓ニ申渡無油断入米仕様可申付旨郡奉行江

最前相触候処難渋之躰依之御代官給人中ゟ
難渋仕候段断有之者遂吟味難渋ニ於相極ニ者

組頭村庄屋長百姓立合可致吟味於不吟味仕ニハ
本人同罪可被 仰付事

入百姓可仕若入百姓於無之ハ同名江可申付事
一 百姓於中間金銀米銭不寄何互ニ隠曽而預り

ただし御老中がお越しになる際は御玄関の押し巻きまでお出迎えし、御退出の際も同じ場所までお送りした
一、御給仕の面々は御三家方と同様に長袴を着用した
一、同月十七日、御蔵給知らの当納所滞納につき、書付の通り在々の組頭・村庄屋・長百姓に申し渡し、怠りなく入米するよう申し付けるべき旨を、郡奉行へ月番御家老稲葉采女治房が申し渡した
一、御蔵給知らの当納所滞納につき、入米を怠りなく行うよう最前に触れ出したところ、難渋の体であるため、御代官・給人中から難渋している旨の申し出があった者については吟味を行い、難渋と確定した場合には、その程度により、あるいは死罪、あるいは妻子共々御国追放を仰せ付けられる。もっとも組頭・村庄屋・長百姓が立ち合って吟味すべきで、吟味を行わない場合には本人同罪を仰せ付けられること

Those determined to be in genuine hardship may be sentenced according to circumstances - either to death or to banishment from the domain along with their wives and children. Group leaders, village headmen, and village elders must participate in these investigations. Those who fail to conduct proper investigations will be sentenced the same as the principal offenders.
Group leaders and village headmen shall carefully examine the land holdings of farmers sentenced to punishment and arrange for replacement farmers. If no replacement farmers are available, relatives with the same family name shall be appointed.
Farmers must not hide or keep on deposit gold, silver, rice, or money among themselves under any circumstances. This is especially true when difficult farmers are sentenced to punishment.
