一 去年当年不作ニ付何も勝手致迷惑候段
達 御耳候時分柄 上ニも御勝手御難儀之事
候へ共当年者寸志 御用捨被遊来年作毛も
現代語訳
御評議を行った上で、預かっている者がいる場合には必ず曲事（処罰）を仰せ付けられる
一、他領へ何であっても隠して預けている者は、少しであっても御吟味を行った上で、必ず曲事を仰せ付けられること
一、寺社および門前町に至るまで、百姓の手元から金銀米銭雑穀等を預かるという話が聞こえているので、預かっている者は早々に申し出ること。何者であろうと、すべて何であっても預かった場合には組頭・庄屋まで相談すること。この旨を寺社へ厳重に申し渡すこと

一、十一月二十日、御老中大久保加賀守忠朝殿からお呼び出しがあり、御留守居が出向いたところ
屋敷近火の際の火消役を仰せ出されるので、家来らを指し出すべき旨を仰せ渡された
一、同月二十二日、御家老稲葉采女治房の宅において、御家中の当年の御借米を御免になされた旨を、諸月番へ采女が申し渡した
