一 同月廿五日為御湯治新保浦江 御出被成《割書：七月朔日｜御帰殿》
一 同月廿九日足羽郡市波村本向寺先代之内西本願寺江対シ
忠節之儀有之候を本覚寺先祖之趣ニ当本覚寺儀申立致
出世候段不届ニ被 思召ニ付御目付長谷川仁兵衛 京都江被遣右
之趣門跡江被 仰遣候処 思召次第ニ被 仰付候様返答ニ付父
子共御国追放被 仰付
一 七月六日為御生見玉御祝儀御使者を以例之通黄金被献之
一 同月廿一日御書を以例之通御国産初鱈被献之
一 同日為御川狩市波江 御出被成《割書：同廿三日｜御帰殿》

忠節を尽くしたことがあったのを、本覚寺の先祖の功績のように当代の本覚寺が申し立てて
出世したことを不届きであると思し召しになり、御目付長谷川仁兵衛を京都へ派遣して、その
旨を門跡へ申し遣わしたところ、思し召し次第に申し付けるようにとの返答があったため、父
子共に御国追放を申し付けられた
一 七月六日 御誕生日祝儀のため、御使者をもって例の通り黄金を献上した
一 同月二十一日 御書をもって例の通り御国産の初鱈を献上した
一 同日 御川狩りのため市波へお出かけになった（同二十三日にご帰殿）
一 八月朔日 御祝儀のため御使者をもって例の通り小太刀・馬代を献上した
一 同月三日 御鷹狩りのため吉江へお出かけになった（同七日にご帰殿）
一 同月四日 先年仰せ出された御国絵図の清書ができた段、御達しが
あったところ、井上大和守（正峯）殿の御指図により今日御評定所へ指し出した。

presented as usual.

One: Same month, 29th - The previous generation of Honkōji temple in Ichinami Village, Asuwa District had
shown loyalty to Nishi Honganji, but the current Honkakuji temple claimed this as their ancestor's achievement and
sought advancement. This was deemed improper, so inspector Hasegawa Nihei was sent to Kyoto to
convey this matter to the monzeki (temple head). When the reply came that [the matter] should be handled as [His Lordship] saw fit, father
and son were both ordered to be banished from the domain.
One: July 6th - For the birthday celebration, gold was presented as usual through a messenger.
