昨日、越前殿・安芸殿と下奉行（武兵衛殿・勘衛門殿）、中井主水、同千代、木工兵衛が御伝奏へ御礼のために八人が罷り出た。
今日、新院御所へ加賀より使者があり、内々に願い上げられた件について：歌仙（歌仙絵）が明日昼頃に出来上がる予定であるので、受け取りに役者衆（担当者たち）が出向くべき旨である。御筆者は新院御所・良仁、近衛殿・青蓮院殿の御三人とのことである（賀茂・木船）。これにより、御札屋・貴布祢拝殿等に平生より掛けて拝むべき旨と決まった。
◦正大工と正棟梁の申し分（申し立て）について、弓矢絃の事が披露された。重ねて吟味の上で仰せ付けられるべき旨として、延引（先送り）となった。
◦女三宮様への永代神楽田の件について、六段七畝（かと思われる）、三石五斗に定納として、請け合い主・殿道直の請状が披露された。八月四日付けとある。

Yesterday, Lord Echizen, Lord Aki, the sub-magistrates (Muhei-dono and Kanemon-dono), Nakai Mondo, the same Chiyo, and Mokubei appeared before the Imperial Liaison (Gidensō) to pay their respects — eight persons in total.
Today, a messenger arrived at the Shin'in Gosho (the retired emperor's palace) from Kaga, and the following matter was raised in private: The kasen (poetry immortals painting / poem card compilation) is expected to be completed around midday tomorrow, and the relevant personnel (yakusha-shū) should come to receive it. The calligraphers are said to be three persons: the Shin'in Gosho, Ryōnin, Lord Konoe, and the Lord of Shōren'in. (Kamo / Kifune) Accordingly, it was decided that [the kasen] should be hung at the ofudaya (talisman hall), the Kifune worship hall, and other places for regular veneration.
◦ The dispute between the master carpenter (sei-daiku) and the master builder (sei-tōryō) concerning the matter of bowstring [materials/fees] was announced. It was decided to defer the matter pending further investigation.
◦ Regarding the matter of the permanent kagura rice fields (永代神楽田) for Princess Onna Sannomiya: [the area being] six tan and seven se [approximately], with a fixed annual yield of three koku and five to, the receipt (ukejō) from the guarantor Tonodō Michinao was announced, dated the fourth day of the eighth month.
◦ It was stated that the matter of proceeding to Edo to pay respects should be privately inquired of His Excellency's wishes.
◦ The residents of Minamizushi-chō have requested to receive the bridge timber from the riverbank at the exit [of the town].
