九月（大の月）
朔日 神山（かうやま）の松枝について、内々に八人の奉行を頼み、一人あたり二百人ずつを出して日用賃とする。今日は三十七把ずつ、百五十五人ほどが取り分けた。
二日 雨天。寄合があった。私（筆者）は参加せず。
三日 雨。供僧中より伝奏へ、舎利供養を是非とも執り行いたい旨を申し上げた。
今日の寄合で、明朝、両人が伝奏のもとへ参上することが決まった。
五日 雨。寄合があった。竹林院■が昨日公儀へ出向いたこと、また社中で解決できなければ七日に（公儀へ）出頭すべき旨についての協議であった。古玄・番頭の往来田の件・下作の申し分については、私は参加しなかった。（参加しなかった理由は）講所の奉行であるためで、月奉行ゆえに断りを申し上げた。
十楽寺の門は、屋根板をもって葺くべきであるとのこと。また北側へ三間か四間の大屏（大きな塀・屏障）を設けるべき旨が決定した。しかしながら、地主である松下家の持分を氏福より買い得た際に境の石があるため、立ち合って確認すべきであるとのことで、維久・宣直・重俊・氏侍（が立ち合いに当たることになった）。

Ninth Month (a long month of 30 days)
1st Day: Regarding the pine branches from the sacred mountain (Kōyama), eight overseers (bugyō) were privately commissioned, with each person providing two hundred (workers?) as daily wages. Today, 37 bundles each were distributed among approximately 155 persons.
2nd Day: Rainy weather. A gathering was held. I (the author) did not attend.
3rd Day: Rain. The company of attendant monks (gusō) submitted a petition to the imperial intermediaries (tensō), stating their wish to hold a relic veneration ceremony (Shari-kuyō) without fail.
At today's gathering, it was decided that two persons would visit the tensō the following morning.
5th Day: Rain. A gathering was held. The discussion concerned Chikurin-in ■'s visit to the authorities (kōgi) the previous day, along with the notice that if the matter could not be resolved within the shrine community, they were to appear before the authorities on the 7th. Regarding the matters of Kogen, the head official's (bantō) travel land (ōraiden), and the claims of the tenant farmer (gesaku), I did not attend. This was because I serve as the bugyō of the lecture hall (kōsho), and as the monthly duty officer (tsuki-bugyō), I submitted my regrets.
It was decided that the gate of Jūrakuji Temple should be roofed with wooden planks. Furthermore, it was resolved that a large screen wall (ōbyō) of three to four bays (ken) should be erected to the north. However, since there are boundary stones from when the land held by the Matsushita family (the landowner) was purchased from Ujifuku, it was agreed that the parties should gather on-site to verify the boundaries — with Korehisa, Nobunao, Shigetoshi, and Ujisaburai designated to attend.
