今日より正大工（しょうだいく）・鍛冶師が庁屋（ちょうや）に参籠する。寛永年間には七日間であったが、今回は三日間である。清祓（きよはらい）・御釪（？）を行うためである。
十五日 晴れ。翌日（正遷宮）の準備等が行われ、また参向される御衆の肝煎（きもいり）両名ずつが万事の奉行を定める等の協議があった。
陰陽師・宗賢が夜の陰に清祓の作法を執り行った。
十六日 天晴れ。本宮にて正遷宮、戌の刻（午後八時頃）に執り行われた。
未の刻（午後二時頃）に、御伝奏・甘露寺中納言方長卿（ながよし）、清閑寺弁殿・煕定（ひろさだ）、次官・唐橋式部少輔殿、大外記・官務・諸使が各々、社家（しゃけ）の邸宅へ来臨された。（その前後に）各宿に内々で宿札の文書を書き廻した。

**14th Day:** The installation of the negi-ita (祢板, a type of ceremonial board) at the gatehouse of Jūrakuji Temple was completed.
From today, the chief carpenters (正大工) and blacksmiths entered into ritual confinement (参籠) at the administrative building (庁屋). During the Kan'ei era, this confinement lasted seven days, but on this occasion it is three days. This is because the ritual purification ceremony (清祓) and the御釪 [uncertain reading] are to be performed.
**15th Day:** Clear weather. Preparations for the following day (the Shōsenkū) were made, and two 肝煎 (kimoire, coordinators/supervisors) from each group of the visiting dignitaries' party convened to determine the administrators (奉行) for all matters.
The yin-yang master (陰陽師) Sōken performed the nighttime purification ritual (清祓).
**16th Day:** Clear skies. The formal shrine relocation ceremony (正遷宮) of the Main Shrine (本宮) was held at the Hour of the Dog (戌時, approximately 8 p.m.).
Around the Hour of the Ram (未刻, approximately 2 p.m.), the Imperial Liaison (御伝奏) Kanjūji Chūnagon Nagayoshi, Seikanji Ben-dono Hirosada, the Vice Official (次官) Karahashi Shikibu-no-shōjō-dono, the Daigeki (大外記), the Kanmu (官務), and various envoys (諸使) each visited the residences of the shrine families (社家). Around this time, written notices of lodging assignments (宿札) were quietly circulated to each lodging establishment.
