此鍵ハ保可手前ニ有之相封乄鑰筥へ入
可置事也又毎度ノ宣旨使宣命等社中ノ

現代語訳
この鍵は保可（ほうか）の手元に保管し、封をして鍵箱に入れておくべきことである。また、毎度の宣旨・使宣命等は社中の蔵に入れて保管すべきことである。しかるに今度、神主ならびに貴布祢（きふね）の々宜（ねぎ）の家・両家に取って置かれていたことは、不都合なことである。
風記（ほのぎ）の宣旨については、太田・新宮両社の分は宣直・季周両所に取って置かれていたが、これもいずれも不正なことである。
九月二十七日、片岡社正遷宮の時の御役人方：
清閑寺弁煕が定宿を務め、縫殿権助道俊がこれを務める。
少史・史生・左右官掌両人・掃部寮六人は、
宣直の子、若狭が宿を務める。
大蔵省・木工寮・御蔵両人・主水司、以上六人は、
左近将監氏道が宿を務める。
召使両人・副使両人・主殿寮両人・使部両人、計八人は、大膳権亮永久が
宿を務める。社中の馳走人として内蔵助・隼人正の両人がこれに付く。
去る二十三日、貴布祢正遷宮の時も、これらの役人衆が残らず参詣した。そのほかに、伝奏方の長卿も貴布祢へ参詣した。
英語訳
This key should remain in the custody of Hōka, sealed and placed in the key box. Furthermore, the imperial decrees (sōji), messenger edicts (senmyō), and related documents issued on each occasion should be stored in the shrine's repository. However, on this occasion, the fact that they were kept by the chief priest (kannagi) as well as the households of both the Kibune shrine priests (negi) is an improper matter.
Regarding the imperial decrees of the Fonogi (land survey records), the portions belonging to Ōta Shrine and Shingū Shrine were kept at the two residences of Nobunao and Suenori — all of this is likewise improper.
On the 27th day of the 9th month, the officials assigned to the Kataoka Shrine's formal relocation ceremony (Shō-sengū) were as follows:
Seikanji Ben'ki served as the designated lodging host, and Nuinono-no-gonnosuke Dōshun performed the same duty.
The Shōshi, Shishō, two Sayu Kanzō officials, and six Kamon-ryō officials —
lodging was arranged by Nobunao's son, Wakasa.
The Ōkura-shō, Mokuryo, two Mikura officials, and the Shusuishi — six officials in total —
lodged at the residence of Sakon-shōgen Ujimichi.
Two attendants (meshitsukai), two deputy envoys (fukushi), two Tonomore-ryō officials, and two Shibu — eight persons in total — lodged at the residence of Daizen-no-gonnosuke Nagahisa. As the hosts and entertainers within the shrine precincts, Kuranonosuke and Hayato-no-shō, two persons, were assigned to accompany them.
On the 23rd of the previous month, during the formal relocation ceremony of Kibune Shrine, all of these officials had likewise attended. Additionally, the Tensō-kata's Chōkei (a senior court official serving as liaison) also made a visit to Kibune.
