一五色之綾 文立葵 一五色ノ絹 加賀絹也
一木綿 一斤 但モメン糸也布ハワタ也 一麻 一斤

送文添右六色柳筥ニ居
貴布祢社へモ此通也但文ハ小葵也幣ハ銀幣也

現代語訳
京都より写し来たとのことで、季芳が持参した写しによる。
当社（賀茂社）の正遷宮の際に、禁中（御所）より幣物として、左弁掌（内蔵寮）が調進した品々：
一、五色の綾 文様は立葵 一、五色の絹（加賀絹である）
一、木綿 一斤 ※ただし木綿糸のことであり、布はわた（綿）のことである 一、麻 一斤
一、白布 一端 ※さらし布のこと 一、白糸 一斤 ※絹のこと
一、金幣 一本
送り状を添えて、右六色を柳筥に納める。
貴布祢社へも同様である。ただし文様は小葵であり、幣は銀幣である。
内蔵寮より調進：
一、五色の絹 一、白布 一端 一、麻
一、木綿 一、白糸
これらの品は布で包み、中が見えないように綴じて柳筥に納める。ただし三包みにまとめてある。
寛永五年（1628年）には内蔵寮がなかったためか、出納・大蔵（がこれを担当した）。この内蔵寮の年預を務めていたことにより、出納が当社および貴布（祢）〔へ〕……（以下次ページへ続く）
英語訳
Based on a copy brought by Sueharu (季芳), transcribed from Kyoto.
Items prepared and presented (調進) by the Left Board Steward (左弁掌, i.e., the Imperial Treasury, Naizōryō) as offerings (幣物) from the Imperial Palace (禁中) at the time of the Grand Shrine Rebuilding Ceremony (正遷宮) of this shrine (Kamo Shrine):
- Five-colored twill silk (綾); pattern: standing hollyhock (立葵) - Five-colored silk (加賀silk from Kaga Province)
- Cotton: one kin [approx. 600g] ※Note: this refers to cotton thread; "cloth" here means raw cotton - Hemp: one kin
- White cloth: one tan [approx. 10 meters] ※bleached cloth (sarashi) - White thread: one kin ※refers to silk thread
- Gold wand offering (金幣): one
These six categories of items are placed in a willow box (柳筥), accompanied by a letter of transmittal.
The same applies to Kifune Shrine. However, the pattern is small hollyhock (小葵), and the wand offering is a silver wand (銀幣).
Items prepared by the Imperial Treasury (内蔵寮):
- Five-colored silk - White cloth: one tan - Hemp
- Cotton - White thread
These items are wrapped in cloth, tied so that the contents are not visible, and placed in a willow box. They are assembled into three bundles.
In the Kan'ei 5th year (1628), as the Imperial Treasury (内蔵寮) may not have existed, the Superintendent of Accounts (出納) and the Bureau of the Treasury (大蔵) [handled this matter].
