貧富強弱の所以来、乃至両国の将帥が各々国のために死力を尽くしたこと等の伝記録を詳細に載せ、挙げて漏れるところがない。ああ、両国の大計偉略は皆積年の間に蓄えられたものを出したのであり、戦争が終わってからまだ半年も経たないうちに、ブロケット氏は著書し、天下の英才と後学の生徒が早くその高遠な謀略とその事業を得られるようにした。
