The purpose of publishing this pamphlet appears to have been to obtain permission from Chief of General Staff "von Moltke." Also, following deliberations with the "Prince," it demonstrated that in recent wars the soldiers of "Prussia" were extremely excellent among all of "Europe," and also recorded the evolution of those troops. ○I intend to gradually explain such enterprises of the "Prince" in the war of 1870.
