則同廿五日ニ縫殿頭雑 談々（本ノマヽ）田所之引付も
皆郷違ニて読合之時《割書：破損》ゟ及晩迄カヽラレムトソ
右是迄旧記図書頭清看自筆ヲ以写之畢但寛《割書：破損》
候ハ子息清辛筆也清《割書：破損》 ヨリテ也又是ヨリ
兼陽書ツク也
右保望之書は成崇県主不思儀ニ被得之
因茲予令借用新写畢

現代語訳
すなわち同二十五日に、縫殿頭が雑談・田所の引付（ひきつけ）も、すべて郷違い（ごうちがい）にて読み合わせの時、《割注：破損》より晩に及ぶまでかかられんとぞ。
右はここまで、旧記を図書頭清看が自筆をもって写し畢（おわ）んぬ。ただし、寛《割注：破損》候は、子息清辛（せいしん）の筆なり。清《割注：破損》よりてなり。また是より兼陽（かねはる）が書き継ぐなり。

右、保望（やすもち）の書は、成崇県主（なりたかあがたぬし）が不思議にも得られたるにより、ここに予（われ）借用を令じ、新たに写し畢（おわ）んぬ。

英語訳
On the same 25th day, Nuinokamino Kami, [concerning] the records of the zatsudan (miscellaneous discussions) and the tashokoro hikitsuke (Tashokoro office registers), as all were found to have郷違い (district discrepancies), during the collation reading, it is said that [the work] threatened to continue from 《interlinear note: damaged》 until evening.
The foregoing [records], up to this point, have been copied in the autograph of Zushonokami Kiyomi (清看). However, [the portion from] Kan-《interlinear note: damaged》 onwards is in the hand of his son Seishin (清辛). [This is] because Kiyo-《interlinear note: damaged》. Furthermore, from this point, Kaneharu (兼陽) continues the writing.

The above writing of Yasumochi (保望) was fortuitously obtained by Naritaka Agatanushi (成崇県主); accordingly, I borrowed it and have completed a fresh copy.
