速やかに院庁御下文の定めに任せ、各方面における粮籍（兵糧・食料の徴収）を停止し、賀茂別雷社の御領庄園における神事用途を備え進めるべき事。

**From the Azuma Kagami (東鑑):**
On the twenty-fourth day of the fourth month of Genryaku 1 (1184), on the day of Mizunoe-tatsu (壬辰), a directive was issued concerning forty-one holdings of the Kamo Shrine estates, ordering that acts of lawlessness and interference (rōzeki) by the warrior houses (buke) be halted in accordance with the Inchō Official Document (the Retired Emperor's Office decree), as noted in this record.

You are to promptly act in accordance with the Retired Emperor's Office document, cease the requisitioning of provisions and supplies (ryōseki) by various parties, and ensure the preparation and offering of materials required for the sacred rites (shinji) at the estates belonging to the Kamo Wakeikazuchi Shrine.

Issued by the Left Bureau of Officials to Ōmi Province.
Concerning the cessation of interference by the estates of Kawagami-no-shō, Yoshizumi-no-shō, and the estates of powerful provincial magnates (kenmon seike), and the full and unhindered performance of the daily offering of fish and provisions (hichibetsu kunsaibutsu) to the Adogawa Mikuriya, a holding of the Kamo Wakeikazuchi Shrine.
