Regarding the positions of local manager (geshi) and public administrator (kumon) of the Muro Mikuriya, a Kamo Shrine holding in Harima Province: it has been reported that Muro Shirō Tomokane has been committing acts of interference and lawlessness (ranbō rōzeki). He is to promptly cease his disruptive conduct and fully discharge the administrative duties (shomu) of the shrine estate. Should there be any specific circumstances or objections (shisai) to report, they should be submitted accordingly. This document is issued and transmitted in accordance with the directive received.
