賀茂社領播磨国室御厨の下司（げし）並びに公文（くもん）の職について、室四郎朝兼が濫妨・狼藉を致しているとのこと。速やかに乱妨を停止し、社家の所務（所領管理・職務）を全うさせるべきである。もし子細（詳しい事情・異議）があれば、注進（報告）申すべきである。以上の状（文書）は、仰せに依り執達（取り次ぎ・伝達）するものである。右、件の如し。

Regarding the positions of local manager (geshi) and public administrator (kumon) of the Muro Mikuriya, a Kamo Shrine holding in Harima Province: it has been reported that Muro Shirō Tomokane has been committing acts of interference and lawlessness (ranbō rōzeki). He is to promptly cease his disruptive conduct and fully discharge the administrative duties (shomu) of the shrine estate. Should there be any specific circumstances or objections (shisai) to report, they should be submitted accordingly. This document is issued and transmitted in accordance with the directive received.
