倭文庄の御公用（年貢・賦課金）の件について、重ねて山本殿がご下向（現地に赴き交渉）くださり、尽力のかぎり申し付けた結果、京へ五十五貫文を上申（送付）することとなり、これにより御補任（任命状）をお下しいただきました。誠にもって恐れ入り奉ります。つきましては、この五十五貫文のうち五百疋（五貫文）は御補任に対する御礼として運上（上納）申し上げます。残りの分については、御公用（公用金）として奔走（尽力して徴収・手配）いたします。その間、山本殿にはご帰京いただき、（先方へ）ご申し伝えいただきますようお願い申し上げます。なお、詳細につきましては被官（家臣）の与三左衛門の方よりご連絡申し上げます。恐々謹言。

**Sealed Document of Shinkyu, Twenty-eighth day of the tenth month of Eishō 10 (1513)**
Regarding the matter of the official dues (gokuyō) from Shizuri Estate: Lord Yamamoto has again made the journey down to the province on our behalf, and through his utmost efforts, it has been arranged that fifty-five kanmon will be sent up to the capital. On account of this, we have been granted the letter of appointment (bunin). We are truly humbled and grateful. Accordingly, of this amount, five hundred hiki (five kanmon) will be remitted as a gift of gratitude for the letter of appointment. As for the remainder, we will exert every effort to arrange the official dues. In the meantime, we humbly request that Lord Yamamoto return to the capital and convey this matter accordingly. Further details will be communicated through our retainer (hikan), Yoza Saemon. Written with utmost reverence.

Issued to the residents of Iho Estate, Kamado-no-seki, Yajima, Hashirajima, and other places in Suō Province.
Concerning the prompt cessation of the interference by Doi Sanehira, and the unlawful independent control and disposition (shinshi) exercised by the late (or absconded) Ōno Shichirō Tōmasa, bypassing the estate proprietor (ryōke) — these are to be stopped immediately.
