賀茂社領（かもしゃりょう）、貴布祢谷山（きぶねだにやま）の事、二瀬村（ふたせむら）より申す様（さま）につき、全（まった）く糺明（きゅうめい）し候ところ、賀茂の進止（しんし）たる山、紛れなきうえは、先年、公方（くぼう）の御下知（おんげじ）の旨に任せ、いよいよ領知（りょうち）を全うせらるべきの状（じょう）、件（くだん）の如し。

**Document bearing a seal, Twenty-ninth day of the twelfth month, Tenshō 4 (1576)**
Concerning the mountain of Kibune Valley (Kibune-dani-yama), within the domain of Kamo Shrine: following the complaint submitted by the village of Futase (Futase-mura), a thorough inquiry (kyūmei) was conducted. As there is no doubt whatsoever that this mountain is under the authority and control (shinshi) of Kamo [Shrine], in accordance with the directive (gejo) previously issued by the Kubō [authority], [Kamo Shrine] is hereby ordered to exercise full and complete dominion (ryōchi) over [said mountain]. This document is issued accordingly.
