一 当選人については惣代となるべき委任状を取り、諮問の際及び他日に不都合がないよう取り計らうこと
一 惣代人は毎町村に二人ずつ差し出すこと
一 惣代人往復旅費及び滞在費等はすべて該当町村の支弁とすること
