用掛達書調印受渡を行うこと。もし地所建物質入書入奥印帳の類で雑記であって区分しがたいものは、抜粋・騰写（写し）によってその所以を記し、戸長・副が調印して受け渡しを行い、本書は該当郡役所へ差し出し、該役所からは領収証を交付すること。
ただし諸布令の類で容易に引き分けがたい書物はすべて該当郡役所へ差し出すこと。
第七項
前項の場合においては小区取扱所に属する建物・諸器具の類は町村惣代人・代議人へ協議の上、入札・払い等の手続きを行い、その小区内へ割り戻すこと。

The responsible officials shall sign and conduct the handover of notification documents. If documents such as real estate and building mortgage/loan endorsement ledgers contain miscellaneous records that are difficult to categorize, extracts and copies shall be made noting the reasons, and the village head and deputy shall sign and conduct the handover. The original documents shall be submitted to the relevant district office, which shall issue a receipt.
However, documents such as various official decrees that are difficult to divide shall all be submitted to the relevant district office.
Article 7
In the case of the previous article, buildings and various equipment belonging to sub-district offices shall be subject to bidding, disposal and other procedures after consultation with town and village representatives and delegates, and the proceeds shall be redistributed within that sub-district.
