用あるへし一枚二枚の馬代等に至りてもこれに
准すへき事
一 今度被 仰付候新金新銀を以て元禄以来品々
の金銀に引替候事ハ年を経へき事に候によ
りて諸国在々所々の手寄次第に連々に引
替候ために江戸京大坂三ヶ所におゐて引替所
を定め置れ引替候ものと相対し割合の
定のことく其事の煩なく引替へく候由を
相定められ候事
附もし用事に就て今度の新金銀を以て
只今迄通用之金銀に引替たき者候にお
ゐてハ是又割合の定を以て其望次第
引替候様ニ相定められ候事
一 今度被 仰付候金銀之事ハ慶長年中より
元禄七年迄の間通用し候古金古銀と其品相
同しく候上は元禄七年以前之古金銀ハ引
替候に及はす今度の新金銀と相交え候て
永く通用有へき事
現代語訳
用すべきである。一枚二枚の馬代等に至ってもこれに準ずべきことである。
一、今度仰せ付けられた新金新銀をもって元禄以来種々の金銀に引き替えることは、年を経るべきことであるので、諸国在々所々の都合次第に順次引き替えるために、江戸・京・大坂三ヶ所において引替所を定め置かれ、引き替える者と相対し、割合の定めの通りにその手続きの煩わしさなく引き替えるようにと定められたことである。
附 もし用事によって今度の新金銀をもって只今まで通用の金銀に引き替えたい者がいる場合においては、これもまた割合の定めをもってその望み次第引き替えるように定められたことである。
一、今度仰せ付けられた金銀のことは、慶長年中より元禄七年までの間通用した古金古銀とその品質が同じであるので、元禄七年以前の古金銀は引き替える必要はなく、今度の新金銀と混用して永く通用すべきことである。
