よりて自今以後も引替所におゐて此二品之
金を引替候にハ歩金の法ハ只今迄の例の
ことくすへき由を定められ候
一 慶長の古銀者只今通用之銀ニ拾割増右慶長
の古銀《割書：世上におゐて｜往古銀と称ス》壱貫匁には只今通用の銀弐貫
目を用ゆへし今度被 仰付候新銀ハすなハち
此古銀之其品同しく候故に其割増も又これに

現代語訳
よって今後も引替所においてこの二種類の金を引き替える際には、歩金の法は今まで通りの例のようにするべきであると定められた。
一、慶長の古銀は今通用の銀に十割増し。右慶長の古銀（世上において往古銀と称する）一貫匁には今通用の銀二貫目を用いるべし。今度仰せ付けられた新銀は、すなわちこの古銀とその品質が同じであるゆえに、その割増もまたこれと同じである。
付記 今通用の銀、およそ宝永七年以来に出来た品々（世上において中銀、三宝四宝等と称する）は、その差別なく一様に用いるべし。
一、元禄の銀は今通用の銀に六割増し。右元禄銀（世上において元字銀と称する）一貫目には今通用の銀一貫六百目を用いるべし。

Therefore, from now on, when exchanging these two types of gold at the exchange offices, the supplementary gold (step-gold) system shall continue to follow the same precedent as before.
1. Keichō old silver shall have a ten-wari increase over currently circulating silver. For the aforementioned Keichō old silver (commonly called "ancient silver" in society), one kan-monme shall be exchanged for two kan-me of currently circulating silver.
