度之事候向後猶以堅仕間敷候若不叶売買仕
儀有之候ハヽ夫々之宿問屋江相断改之者共江其
段相達問屋改之者共右之舟江参立合致吟味
問屋帳面ニ付売買せ可申候無断為致売買候ハヽ
宿問屋不念ニ可成候間間入之舟在之次第宿問
屋ゟ舟共江可相断候若宿無之舟ハ暫之内も不
可差置早速追出可申候猶又右之舟共出舟之
時早々番所改之者江相断積荷之諸色最前
之書出ニ引合致吟味舟為出可申候出入猥ニ為致
候ハヽ宿問屋急度可為越度事
一 三国問屋并諸商人共ニ御法度之諸商物内々ニて
申合致売買之旨前々ゟ其聞有之候ニ付今度
御吟味之儀被 仰出事ニ候間向後少々物ニ而も隠
候て売買仕義有之候ハヽ急度曲事ニ可被
仰付候間召仕等末々之者共迄念を入可申付事
一 川舟持申者福井其外方々江諸荷物運送仕
内口留出入ともに何にても御法度之物猥ニ致
運送間敷旨水主共江能々可申聞候自然無拠

度のことであり、今後なお一層堅く仕ってはならない。もし止むを得ず売買を仕る儀があれば、それぞれの宿問屋へ相談し、改めの者共へその段を相達し、問屋・改めの者共が右の舟へ参り立ち合って吟味を致し、問屋の帳面に付けて売買を申すべきである。無断で売買を致せば、宿問屋の不念となるので、間入の舟がある次第、宿問屋から舟共へ相談すべきである。もし宿のない舟は暫くの内も差し置いてはならず、早速追い出し申すべきである。なお又右の舟共が出舟の時、早々番所・改めの者へ相談し、積荷の諸色を最前の書出しに引き合わせて吟味を致し、舟を出すべきである。出入りを猥りに致せば、宿問屋は急度越度となること。
一 三国問屋並びに諸商人共に、御法度の諸商い物を内々にて申し合わせ売買を致す旨、前々からその聞こえがあるにつき、今度御吟味の儀が仰せ出されることである。今後少々の物でも隠して売買を仕る儀があれば、急度曲事に仰せ付けられるので、召し仕い等末々の者共まで念を入れて申し付けること。
一 川舟を持ち申す者が福井その外方々へ諸荷物運送を仕る際、内口留の出入り共に何でも御法度の物を猥りに運送してはならない旨、水主共へよくよく申し聞かせるべきである。自然止むを得ず

This has been the practice, but henceforth it shall be even more strictly forbidden. If unavoidable sales transactions must take place, consultation must be made with the respective lodging wholesalers, the matter must be communicated to the inspectors, and the wholesalers and inspectors must go to the said ships to conduct joint examinations. Sales should only be conducted after recording in the wholesaler's ledger. If sales are conducted without permission, it will be considered negligence on the part of the lodging wholesaler, so whenever visiting ships arrive, the lodging wholesalers must consult with the ships. Ships without lodging arrangements must not be allowed to stay even briefly and should be immediately expelled.
