督大炊頭江被下置候
一 大炊頭儀兵部大輔養子ニ願之通元禄十四年巳三月
五日被 仰付同年十二月十八日初官四品被 仰付其以
後宝永元年十二月十一日侍従被 仰付候部屋住之
重官之儀ハ其例稀候之由
一 兵部大輔最初隠居初而御暇之節御馬御鷹二
居拝領之
一 常憲院様御代始而兵部大輔隠居ニ而参府御暇
之節御馬拝領御鷹者一統ニ相止候ニ付不被下候
御代替りニ付御掛物《割書:俊明極|》於 御前拝領之
隠居之内御鷹不相止内者前々之御鷹之鶴

現代語訳
家督は大炊頭へ下し置かれた。
一、大炊頭については、兵部大輔の養子に願いの通り元禄十四年巳三月五日に仰せ付けられ、同年十二月十八日に初官四品を仰せ付けられた。その以後、宝永元年十二月十一日に侍従を仰せ付けられた。部屋住みの重官については、その例は稀であるとのこと。
一、兵部大輔が最初に隠居して初めて御暇の節に、御馬と御鷹二居を拝領した。
一、常憲院様の御代に初めて兵部大輔が隠居して参府し、御暇の節に御馬を拝領したが、御鷹については一統に止められたため下されなかった。御代替わりにつき御掛物(俊明極)を御前において拝領した。隠居の内は御鷹は止められなかったので、前々の御鷹の鶴を拝領した。
一、右に住む他、代々御鷹の鶴、御鷹の鶏、御鷹の梅首鶏を拝領した。
一、八月四日、烏丸右中弁光栄殿より御結納の御使者として雑掌荒木大学を以って、豊姫様へ紗綾(紅白)十巻、干鯛一箱、鯣一箱、昆布一箱、御樽一荷を進上された。その節、御祝儀として吉邦様へ御太刀と馬代(銀三枚)、干鯛一箱を、梅姫様へ干鯛を贈られた。

The family succession was granted to Ōi-no-kami.
1. Regarding Ōi-no-kami, as requested, he was appointed as the adopted son of Hyōbu-no-taifu on the 5th day of the 3rd month of Genroku 14 (1701). On the 18th day of the 12th month of the same year, he was appointed to his first official rank of Fourth Court Rank. Thereafter, on the 11th day of the 12th month of Hōei 1 (1704), he was appointed as chamberlain (jijū). Such high office for one in heir apparent status (heya-zumi) was said to be rare.
1. When Hyōbu-no-taifu first retired and received leave for the first time, he was granted horses and two hawks.
1. During the reign of Jōkein-in, when Hyōbu-no-taifu first retired and came to Edo for an audience, receiving leave, he was granted horses, but hawks were not given as they had been universally discontinued. Due to the change of reign, he received a hanging scroll (by Toshiaki) in the presence of the shogun. During retirement, since hawks had not been discontinued, he received cranes from the previous hawk gifts.
1. In addition to the above, for generations they received cranes from hawk gifts, chickens from hawk gifts, and plum-necked chickens from hawk gifts.

On the 4th day of the 8th month, from Karasumaru Uchūben Mitsuhide-dono, through the messenger and deputy Araki Daigaku for the betrothal ceremony, to Princess Toyo were presented ten rolls of silk gauze (red and white), one box of dried sea bream, one box of dried squid, one box of kelp, and one load of sake barrels. On that occasion, as congratulatory gifts, to Lord Yoshikuni were given a ceremonial sword and horse money (three pieces of silver) and one box of dried sea bream, and to Princess Ume were given dried sea bream.
