現代語訳
一箱、昆布一箱、御酒代五百疋を進上された。その節、瑤林院（烏丸光栄の母）様より豊姫様へ縮緬（紅白）二巻、干鯛一箱、御酒代三百疋を進上された。大学については京都御留守居本多武兵衛武雅の元まで来た。
ただし、右の御品物は道中に御徒士を添えて同月九日に御国表へ回送されたため、御用人飯田治左衛門が御部屋へ持参して差し上げた。
一、八月六日、御使者を以って例の通り御国産の初鱈を献上した。
一、八月十六日、御老中秋元但馬守喬知殿が卒去したため、公方様の御機嫌伺いとして御用番久世大和守重之殿へ御使者として御留守居村上三大夫正峯を派遣した。
一、八月二十日、今度隆芳院様の七十回御忌に際して殉死した七人の者たちの寺々へ、御使いとして御近習高田金太夫正府を以って御香典として銀一枚ずつを下された。
ただし、昨日十九日に下されるはずであったが、右の仰せ出しの飛脚が滞留したため今日となった。
一、八月二十一日、御用番久世大和守重之殿へ六郷主馬殿を以って、将軍宣下の御祝儀として御老中を御招請したい旨を申し入れた。
一、八月二十三日、御用番久世大和守重之殿へ御留守居大関新五左衛門直看が出向いたところ（用人より手紙が来た）、将軍宣下御祝儀の御招請については来月十八日にお越しになる旨の御書付を渡された。

On that occasion, from Yōrin-in (mother of Karasumaru Mitsuhide) to Princess Toyo were presented two rolls of silk crepe (red and white), one box of dried sea bream, and 300 hiki for sake money. Daigaku came to Kyoto caretaker Honda Takehei Takemasa.
However, since the aforementioned gifts were sent to the domain with foot soldiers accompanying them on the 9th day of the same month, chamberlain Iida Jizaemon brought them to the lord's quarters and presented them.
