ただし、御登城されるはずのところ、お暇のお礼の後であるため、その儀はなかった。
一、同日、御用番・久世大和守（重之）殿よりお呼び出しがあり、御留守居・村上三大夫（正峯）が罷り出たところ、以下の通り御書付を仰せ渡された。
松平伊予守
居屋敷が手狭につき、このたび松平甲斐守の上げ屋敷の御用残地のうち、屋敷裏手の方において八百六十坪余りを添えて下さることとなった。詳細については御普請奉行にお問い合わせされたい。
一、同日、右同様のことにつきお礼として、ご老中・御側御用人へご廻勤され、若年寄の方々へは御使者として御使番を派遣された。
一、四月十九日、ご拝領の御馬（鹿毛・五歳）が、御用番・久世大和守（重之）殿より使者をもって牽いてこられた。

Item: On the same day, [the lord's] caretaker official (rusuii), Murakami Sandayū (Masamine), was summoned by the Duty Senior Councilor Kuze Yamato-no-kami (Shigeyuki) and appeared before him, whereupon the following written notice was conveyed:
Matsudaira Iyo-no-kami
As the residential estate is cramped, from the remaining land of Matsudaira Kai-no-kami's surrendered estate designated for official use, a plot of over 860 tsubo on the rear side of the estate shall be additionally granted. For further details, please consult with the Construction Magistrate (Fushin-bugyō).
Item: On the same day, as an expression of gratitude for the above, [the lord] made the rounds to the Senior Councilors and Chamberlains in person, and dispatched messenger officials (otsukai-ban) as envoys to the Junior Councilors.
Item: On the nineteenth day of the fourth month, the granted horse (a bay, five years old) was led [to the residence] by a messenger sent from the Duty Senior Councilor Kuze Yamato-no-kami (Shigeyuki).
Item: On the same day, [the lord] paid a formal courtesy visit to the Duty Senior Councilor Kuze Yamato-no-kami (Shigeyuki).
Item: On the twenty-first day of the fourth month, to celebrate the successful conclusion of the memorial ceremony at Nikkōzan, [the lord] dispatched his caretaker official (rusui), Murakami Sandayū (Masamine), as an envoy, presenting one box of dried sea bream (hoshidai), one box of dried squid (surume), and one cask of sake (otaru). (The written notice for this had been conveyed on the sixth day of the previous month.)
