一、今日、造作方が評議所において造作の絵図を認めた。
一、執筆の代直安が、御祭の勘定帳を清書した。

一、先刻、産幸の内意の趣を三河守へ話してみたところ、なかなか得心しない様子であったので、強くとも申さず差し置いた。
一、今晩、秉燭（日暮れ）時に、構所において兼頼の老若が参会した。兼為の触れにより、弾正少弼・保従・保一家より異見を申し出て、一社の表向きも相済んでいるので、この度は御用捨いただき、その分にして下さるよう保一家中より申し入れがあった旨、披露された。保土は不参。

一、今日、職中は棟別を納めた。これにより月次の寄会は延引し、明八日に寄会を行う。これは定例である。
一、来たる九日、祈雨報賽の御祈祷につき、六番衆にて保土が参勤番であるため代参の義について、昨日肥前守・清智の方へ頼みに参ったところ、他行のため母儀に申し置いて帰った。

一、去る三日の小寄会にて、出小松の流し口を防いだ事。 前に見えたり。
一、同日、木船川の尾社・鈴鹿社の御屋（おや）が損じたため、御修理方より申し付け、正大工・甚兵衛が登山し、この節下山につき、詰番の上野介より書状が到来した。奥の御社の屋根の良いとされる方の高欄の所が漏れているとの由を、看坊より注進があった由。則ち正大工も検分して帰った。 修理方へ付けられた。
一、四日、小山郷の庄屋・年寄を召し寄せ、定免の事を申し渡した事。 前に見えたり。
一、同日、十手（じって）若役中へ、九日の祈雨還申の御祈祷修行の義を申し渡した事。
一、同日、出小松の流し口につき、川奉行より申し付け、川方八人が暮れ過ぎより掘った事。
一、竹松明三十丁を修理方にて申し付けた事。
一、同日、因幡介の地久末女の死去について、暇・服の御届けを、伝奏・奉行・雑掌中まで例の通り申し遣わした事。
一、同夜、水役人の惣代として八郎左衛門・与惣左衛門が参上し、先に御願い申し上げた、この度の三郷分水の出入りに関する雑用銀を、何卒御慈悲をもって御社中様より下し置かれるよう願い奉った事。評して、ただ今は御相談も決し難く、銀子の御調達の御相談の時分にまた御相談するのが然るべきである。
一、五郎太郎が御届け申した。先日、水番の節に使用した燈籠を片付けに廰屋へ参ったところ、両三か所も漏れている様子でございます。これにより御届け申し上げる由である。 その分はそのままとし難く、修理方へ付けられた。
一、同夜、小者の喜八が参上して御願い申し上げた。先に申し上げた安右衛門の世倅（跡継ぎの息子）が、私の代わりに願ってくれるようにと申したけれども、頼んだとしても不調法者のことゆえ、彼方より御願い申し上げるのはいかがでしょうか。御社中様より仰せ付けられれば相務めるであろうと申すので、何卒仰せ付け下されるよう願い奉る由である。

2. The acting secretary (*shikki*) Dainaoyasu made a fair copy (*seisho*) of the festival accounts ledger (*go-matsuri kanjō-chō*).

Regarding the prayer of thanks (*hōsai*) for rainfall (*kiu*) on the coming 9th day, as Yasuto is on duty among the sixth-rank officers (*roku-ban-shū*) on that day, he went yesterday to request a proxy attendance (*daisan*) from Hizen-no-kami, Seichi; however, as the latter was away, the message was left with his mother, and Yasuto returned.

1. Today is the regular monthly assembly (*tsukiji yori-ai*). Those attending among the shrine priests (*kannushi*) were: Masahisa, Hirohisa, Tsunekiyo, Yonori, Tomokiyo, Tetuaki, Suenaga, Shigeki, Yasunori, Shigemune, Suemoto, Noriki, Suemoto, Kunikiyo, Yasunori, Furitoshi, Tomotoshi, Fumiari, Yasukaku, and Yasuto. The acting secretary Dainaoyasu served as scribe; the assembly hall representative Gakunori made the announcements.
2. The matter of blocking the drainage outlet at Dematsu, as discussed at the small assembly on the 3rd — *previously noted*.
3. On the same day, as the roofing (*oya*) of the subsidiary shrines (*massha*) of Kinofune-kawa — Oshe Shrine and Suzuka Shrine — had deteriorated, instructions were given by the repair department, and the chief carpenter (*sei-daiku*) Jihei had ascended the mountain. As he was now descending, a letter arrived from the duty officer Kōzuke-no-suke, reporting that the lookout caretaker (*kanbō*) had notified him that the roof near the high railing (*takakōran*) of the inner shrine (*oku no miya*) on the good-weather side was leaking. 9. On the same night, Hachirozaemon and Yosozaemon came as representatives of the water officials (*mizu-yakunin*), and petitioned as previously requested: they humbly asked that the miscellaneous expenses silver (*zatsuyō-gin*) for the water distribution dispute (*bunzui deiri*) among the three villages (*san-gō*) this time be granted through the benevolence of the shrine community (*go-shanaka-sama*). The assessment was that the matter could not be decided in consultation at this time, and that it would be appropriate to bring it up again when the consultation regarding the procurement of silver was held.

Gorōtarō submitted a report: when he went to the storehouse (*chōya*) to put away the lanterns used during the recent water watch duty (*mizu-ban*), he found what appeared to be leaks in two or three places. 11. On the same night, a minor attendant (*komono*) named Kihachi came forward and petitioned: as previously mentioned, the legitimate son (*yosei/atotsugi*) of Yasuemon had said to ask on his behalf to serve as a substitute; however, since he was an incompetent person (*fuchōhō-mono*), he wondered whether it was appropriate for the other party to petition directly. Since he stated that if ordered by the shrine community (*go-shanaka-sama*) he would fulfil the duty, Kihachi humbly requested that the order be issued.
