一、同日（八時過）神田松永町より出火し大火となったため御出馬された。
その際
東叡山御本坊が類焼し、浄円院様の御位牌所も類焼した。夕方
六時に鎮火となり、夜五時に御帰殿された。これにつき御届けのため御用番松平
伊豆守信祝殿へ御使者として御留守居を指し出された。
一、五月四日、浄円院様御位牌所が類焼したことにつき、
公方様・大納言様の御機嫌を御伺いするため、御用番松平伊豆守信祝殿、
西丸御老中松平能登守乗賢殿へ御使者として御留守居を指し出された。
一、同日、長崎称念寺へ公儀より供える御香奠銀百枚並びに御老中
連名の御奉書を、評定所において御家老が列座し、月番御家老岡部
左膳起平が称念寺へ相渡した。

The main hall of Tōeizan was burned down, and the memorial tablet hall of Jōen-in was also burned down. The fire was extinguished at 6 o'clock in the evening, and [the lord] returned to the palace at 5 o'clock at night. Regarding this matter, as a report, the castle keeper was sent as an envoy to the duty official Matsudaira Izu-no-kami Nobuyoshi.
