一 六月十六日為嘉定御祝儀 御登 城例之通御菓子御頂戴
其節今度
竹千代様御誕生為御祝儀廿万石以上之御方 将軍宣下
御祝儀之通御老中御招請可被成旨大目付駒木根肥後守《割書：昌｜方》殿
石野筑前守《割書：範｜種》殿御達有之
一 同月廿三日暑中二付御使者を以例之通御国産索麵被献之
一 同月廿六日右同断ニ付 御機嫌為御伺御用番本多
中務大輔《割書：忠｜良》殿 西丸江御老中松平能登守《割書：乗｜賢》殿江 御勤
一 同月二十七日端午御祝儀御献上ニ付而之 御内書并御奉書
於 御城御渡有之御家来拝領物等如例
一 七月朔日於長崎称念寺昨晦日ゟ今日迄新田義貞朝臣
四百五忌御法事 公儀ゟ御執行有之右ニ付為御代拝
御家老松平庄兵衛《割書：正｜般》被遣之御香奠銀弐枚被供之
但公儀御法事相済引続翌二日御法事御執有之
右御法事料銀五枚斎米弐拾俵被下之
一 同月《割書：日不｜詳》右同断ニ付是迄之御位牌相古ヒ且年号も相違
有之ニ付御厨子共新ニ御出来ニ相成
一 同月六日為御生身魂御祝儀御使者を以例之通黄金被
現代語訳
一、六月十六日、嘉定の御祝儀のため御登城し、例の通り御菓子を頂戴した。
その節、今度竹千代様の御誕生の御祝儀について、二十万石以上の御方は将軍宣下御祝儀の通り御老中の御招請を受けることになる旨、大目付駒木根肥後守昌方殿、石野筑前守範種殿より御達しがあった。
一、同月二十三日、暑中につき御使者をもって例の通り御国産の索麺を献上した。
一、同月二十六日、右同様につき御機嫌伺いのため、御用番本多中務大輔忠良殿、西丸へは御老中松平能登守乗賢殿へ御勤めした。
一、同月二十七日、端午の御祝儀御献上についての御内書並びに御奉書が御城にて御渡しがあり、御家来への拝領物等は例の通りであった。
一、七月一日、長崎の称念寺において昨日晦日より今日まで新田義貞朝臣四百五忌の御法事が公儀より御執行され、これについて御代拝のため御家老松平庄兵衛正般を遣わし、御香奠銀二枚を供えた。
ただし公儀の御法事が済み、引き続き翌二日に御法事を御執行することになった。
右の御法事料として銀五枚、斎米二十俵を下された。
一、同月（日は詳らかでない）、右同様につき、これまでの御位牌が古くなり、かつ年号にも相違があるため、御厨子とも新たに御出来になった。
一、同月六日、御生身魂の御祝儀のため御使者をもって例の通り黄金を

1. On the sixteenth day of the sixth month, [the lord] attended the castle for the Katei celebration and received confections as usual.
At that time, regarding the birth celebration of Lord Takechiyo, it was announced by chief inspectors Komakiné Higo-no-kami Masakata and Ishino Chikuzen-no-kami Noritsune that daimyo with domains of 200,000 koku or more would be invited by the senior councilors in the same manner as for shogunal appointment celebrations.
1. On the twenty-third day of the same month, due to the summer heat, local specialty sōmen noodles were presented through an envoy as usual.
1. On the twenty-sixth day of the same month, for the same reason, to inquire after [the shogun's] well-being, [visits were made to] duty administrator Honda Nakatsukasa-dayū Tadayoshi and to the West Bailey to senior councilor Matsudaira Noto-no-kami Norimasa.
1. On the twenty-seventh day of the same month, regarding the Tango no Sekku celebration offerings, official letters and formal documents were presented at the castle, and gifts to retainers were distributed as usual.
1. On the first day of the seventh month, at Shōnen-ji Temple in Nagasaki, from yesterday's last day of the month until today, the 405th memorial service for Nitta Yoshisada was conducted by the government. For this, senior retainer Matsudaira Shōbei Masanori was sent as a proxy attendee, and two pieces of silver were offered as incense money.
However, after the government memorial service concluded, another memorial service would be conducted on the following second day.
For this memorial service, five pieces of silver and twenty bags of ritual rice were bestowed.
1. In the same month (date unclear), for the same matter, since the existing memorial tablets had become old and there were discrepancies in era names, new Buddhist altars were created.
1. On the sixth day of the same month, for the Ikimiitama celebration, gold was [presented] through an envoy as usual.
